Notes：
1.Ensure to comply with the provisions of the General Assembly, infringement and counterfeiting goods are forbidden, please do not transfer or sublet booths and/or quit ahead of schedule during the exhibition period !
2. The exhibitor must send the payment to the organizer's appointed account(the above) within 7 days after contract signed, otherwise the organizer will reserve the rights to change the booth position or booth price.
3.Exhibitor booth will be officially recognized after the contract signed and payment confirmed. If necessary, organizers will do some appropriate adjustments under the permission of exhibitor.
4.With any reason terminating the contract ,exhibitors must inform the organizer in written in advance and pay off the charges in the contract before the cancelled date.
5.This contract will take effect from the date of signed until May 9th , 2011 expired. Both parties shall fully implement their respective rights and obligations, unless force majeure, breach of contract shall not be occurred for every one of parties.
6. This contract shall be in duplicate for each party. (Stamped fax copy have the same effect as the stamped original one)
